Domalytx is an early stage real estate tech startup that is creating a first of it’s kind data epicenter for home conditions.We provide homebuyers and real estate agents with crucial data and expert guidance on the physical condition of homes, empowering them to make informed decisions during the critical home buying process.Built on massive proprietary data, cutting-edge AI, and extensive industry knowledge, our platform enables users to access vital information and insights within seconds by simply entering a property address. With this data-driven approach, we help our users make million-dollar decisions confidently, whether it's making an aggressive non-contingent offer, a more conservative contingent offer, or quickly moving on to another property.

As a fast-growing startup with over 520 paying clients, strong relationships with 20+ real estate offices, and a database of 250,000+ data points from 10,000+ homes, domalytx is revolutionizing the way homebuyers and agents approach the home buying process. We are nearing the completion of our Angel round with 6 impressive investors including successful tech founders & real estate industry professionals.

What You'll Do:

  • Work directly with the Co-Founders & Senior Tech Advisor to develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Help set the company culture & recruit future tech hires
  • Define and track key product metrics to measure success, inform decision-making, and continuously optimize the user experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong technical background required - 3-5+ years of full stack product development
  • Customer-centric mindset, with a deep commitment to understanding and solving user pain points
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for action and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to drive results
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Current Tech Stack

  • NodeJS + Express, MongoDB database, AWS S3, Redis (ElastiCache) caching layer, NodeJS runtime AWS Lambda functions deployed via Serverless for async tasks, SQS queues, NextJS + React & OpenAI API
