Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to lead our Realtor Outreach efforts. This role is crucial in building and maintaining relationships with realtors to drive client referrals. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage effectively with real estate professionals. This position offers a base salary with a commission structure and potential equity commensurate with performance, ambition, ownership, and contribution to the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Realtor Association Meetings: Attend approximately 12-15 morning meetings throughout the Bay Area annually, each lasting about an hour.
- Office Presentations: Secure invitations from realtors to provide educational presentations during their weekly office hours or dedicated meetings.
- Email Outreach: Conduct extensive email campaigns using a CRM system to reach potential realtor partners.
- Trade Shows: Participate in local and national real estate trade shows to network and promote BEAR Engineering’s services.
- Realtor Events: Attend various realtor events, including happy hours and charity events, to build and strengthen relationships.
- Tech Real Estate Companies: Identify and engage with tech-driven real estate companies, such as Open Door, to explore alternative real estate models and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Real Estate experience - 3 years minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus but not required
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and email marketing tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and nationally for meetings and events
